Yes. Our chilli powder is made from sun dried chillies that are cleaned, stem removed and slow ground. No synthetic color, lake color or artificial enhancer is added. The deep red rogan you see in your curries comes from the quality of the chilli itself.
We use high curcumin turmeric fingers that are slow ground to control heat. This keeps natural oils, earthy aroma and golden color intact. The result is turmeric that does not taste chalky and does not stain like artificial color.
Our blends are made in small batches with whole spices like cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, jeera and dhaniya which are lightly roasted and then ground. No ready made premix is used. This is why a small spoon of KerniQ blend can lift the entire dish.
No. We use selected methi leaves that are dried at controlled temperature. This gives a sweet nutty aroma instead of harsh bitterness. A small pinch at the end of cooking is enough to finish curries, paneer and dals.
Yes. We keep our ingredient list clean with only the spice mentioned on the pack. Batches are checked for moisture, adulteration and basic safety parameters. For kids and elders we recommend using moderate quantities of chilli based on their taste.
No. We do not add any fillers like rice flour, maida or corn starch to our chilli, turmeric or blends. You get the grind of the actual spice which is why the aroma and color are stronger compared to many mass market brands.
Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 working hours. Delivery within Jammu and Kashmir often takes 2 to 4 working days. For the rest of India it usually takes 4 to 7 working days depending on the courier partner and pin code.
Transfer the spices to an airtight, dry container and keep them away from direct sunlight, steam and moisture. Avoid using a wet spoon in the masala box. This keeps aroma and flavor strong for a longer time.
In case of damage, leaked product or wrong SKU, reach us on our support email or WhatsApp with order ID and clear photos of the packet and outer box within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review and arrange a replacement or solution as per policy.
