Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer care. After this window, the order may have already been processed and dispatched from our facility in Srinagar.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our spice products, refunds are offered only when items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. All refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased during a sale or promotional campaign

Refund Process

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been initiated on our end.

Replacements

In verified cases of product damage or a shipping error, we may offer a free replacement in lieu of a monetary refund. This is arranged at our discretion following photo verification of the issue — and is often the faster resolution.

  • 2. Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
  • 3. Clear photos of the product and its packaging showing the issue
